PKR78 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform

01 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The pkr78 platform is an adult entertainment service. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the platform, including the sportsbook, casino games, slots and payment services. pkr78 does not knowingly allow persons under 18 to access or use the platform.

By registering, you confirm and declare that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person. You also confirm that participating in online betting and gaming activities is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your place of residence.

pkr78 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If satisfactory verification is not provided when requested, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be suspended until the verification is completed. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

• Minimum age: 18 years old — no exceptions
• One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted
• You must be the true beneficial owner of the payment methods you use on the platform
• Employees of pkr78 and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts

02 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the pkr78 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any bonus funds being voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, please update your account promptly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password should not be shared with anyone. pkr78 will not ask for your password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

All activity on your account is your responsibility. If another person accesses your account because you shared your credentials or failed to secure them, pkr78 is not liable for any losses resulting from that access. Bets placed and transactions made while your account is logged in are treated as your own actions.

Account Verification

pkr78 may ask you to verify your identity at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a large transaction is involved. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid identity document. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have withdrawals held until the process is finished.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

All deposits and withdrawals on the pkr78 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance is maintained in PKR throughout — there are no internal currency conversions applied to your deposits or winnings.

Supported Payment Methods

pkr78 currently supports the following PKR payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet and banking details used for deposits must belong to you as the registered account holder.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method — these are displayed at the point of deposit in the app or platform
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, as a standard security measure
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one business day
• pkr78 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, pkr78 may require that any active bonus wagering requirements on your account are met. Withdrawal requests made while a bonus is still subject to wagering conditions may be declined or have the bonus portion of the balance forfeited. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is claimed.

Deposits made to your account must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Depositing with the intention of withdrawing without placing bets is considered abuse of the platform and may result in the withdrawal being declined.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

pkr78 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback and cricket or PSL-specific promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are stated at the point of the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonus amounts are denominated in PKR
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times you need to play through the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable cash. This requirement is stated clearly for every offer
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred
• Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated in the offer — typically between 7 and 30 days
• Free spins have a fixed per-spin value in PKR as stated in the offer

Bonus Abuse

pkr78 takes a straightforward approach to bonus abuse. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent, or providing false information to obtain a bonus are all considered abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided and the account may be suspended.

pkr78 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If an offer is withdrawn while it is active on your account, any amounts already credited will remain valid but new claims will not be processed.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pkr78 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on, in addition to these general terms. Bets are accepted in PKR and are confirmed once the bet slip is processed and a bet reference number is issued.

Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

pkr78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets placed on events after the event has started (unless clearly designated as in-play markets), bets placed on suspended markets, or bets placed due to an obvious pricing error may be voided. You will be notified if a bet is voided and the stake will be returned to your account balance.

Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket is the primary sport on the pkr78 sportsbook. PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and major ICC tournaments are covered with pre-match and in-play markets. In-play bets are subject to market availability and may be suspended or closed at any point during live play at the discretion of the trading team.

Casino and Slots

Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games and arcade titles — use a random number generator certified for fair play. In live casino, the outcome is determined by the physical actions of the real dealer and cannot be influenced by the platform. pkr78 does not guarantee specific return-to-player (RTP) outcomes on individual sessions; published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across large volumes of play.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.

Cash Out

Cash out is available on selected sports markets and allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. The cash-out amount offered is calculated at the time of the cash-out request and may be lower or higher than your original potential return. Cash out is not available on all markets and may be suspended during live events.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkr78 platform:

• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account in your own name or under different identities
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Arbitrage: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or bonus structures in a way not consistent with genuine recreational use
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform without first exhausting pkr78's own dispute process
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal details during registration or verification

Where prohibited conduct is detected, pkr78 reserves the right to suspend the account, void all bets placed during the period of violation, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation and report the activity to relevant fraud prevention bodies.

07 Responsible Gaming

pkr78 is an adult entertainment service. Betting and gaming are intended as a form of entertainment — not as a way to generate income, and not as a solution to financial difficulties. pkr78 provides tools to help you manage your activity and stay in control.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Active limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies
• Session reminders: Customise time alerts in the app to track how long you've been playing
• Self-exclusion: Use the self-exclusion tool in account settings to take a break from the platform. During exclusion, your account cannot be used to deposit, bet or access casino games
• Bet history and activity records: Your full account activity is available in the transaction history — review it regularly to stay aware of your actual spend

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. Deletion requests may be limited where data must be retained for legal, regulatory or fraud prevention reasons.

09 Platform Availability

pkr78 aims to keep the platform available around the clock but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, third-party service disruptions and network conditions — including variable mobile connectivity across Pakistan — may affect availability from time to time.

pkr78 is not liable for losses claimed to result from platform downtime, interrupted connections, or delayed bet acceptance due to technical issues. If a bet is not confirmed with a reference number, it has not been accepted — do not assume a bet has been placed if no confirmation appears.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. pkr78 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that all features will be available at all times on all devices.

10 Changes to These Terms

pkr78 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For significant changes that affect existing account holders' rights or obligations, pkr78 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or by the contact details on their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
