Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth. Create a password and confirm. Your account is created instantly — you can then deposit PKR and start betting. Registration is free and takes under two minutes.

The minimum age is 18 years old. This applies to registration, deposits, betting, casino games and withdrawals. Age is verified during registration and before withdrawals are processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are permanently closed.

No. pkr78 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own details, different phone numbers or another person's identity — violates the Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts are suspended. If you've lost access to your account, recover it via the forgot password option rather than registering again.

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow. If the account remains inaccessible, contact the pkr78 support team. Do not register a new account — that would violate the one-account policy.
Deposits & Payments 6 Questions

pkr78 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and standard debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion involved.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your pkr78 wallet within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history in the account section and contact support with the reference number.

pkr78 does not charge a deposit fee on its end — the PKR amount you enter is the amount credited to your wallet. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank) may have their own per-transaction charges. Check directly with your payment provider if you're unsure about their fees.

Wait a few minutes and refresh your account balance. If the balance still hasn't updated after 30 minutes and your payment app shows the transaction as successful, contact pkr78 support with the transaction reference number from JazzCash or Easypaisa. The support team can trace the payment and credit your account manually if necessary.

No. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in funds being held pending verification. This policy also applies to withdrawals — the receiving account must match the account holder's name.
Withdrawals 4 Questions

Go to the withdrawal section in your pkr78 account, select your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account), enter the PKR amount and confirm. The receiving account must be registered in your own name. Processing times vary by method — most mobile wallet withdrawals are completed within a few hours.

Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification if this hasn't been completed previously, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds a standard threshold. You may be asked to provide a CNIC copy or other documentation. This is a standard process to protect your account and comply with platform anti-fraud requirements. Odds on pkr78 can be displayed in decimal, fractional or American format — switch between them in your account settings. Your total return for a winning bet is: Stake (PKR) × Decimal Odds. Your net profit is the total return minus the original stake. For example, a PKR 500 bet at 2.50 odds returns PKR 1,250 — PKR 750 profit plus your PKR 500 stake back.

Yes. Live in-play betting is available on all major cricket fixtures including PSL and T20 internationals. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You can bet on the next wicket, next over totals, revised match winner odds and several other in-play markets. Live betting requires you to be logged in with a PKR balance in your account.

If a cricket match is abandoned or cancelled without a result, bets on the match winner and related markets are typically voided and stakes returned to your PKR wallet. Some markets (for example, bets placed on events that have already been completed within the match before the abandonment) may be settled as normal. Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR wallet automatically as soon as the market is settled — typically within minutes of the match ending or the event outcome being confirmed. Pre-match bets and live bets are settled on the same timeline. You can view all settled bets and credited amounts in your betting history.

Responsible Gaming 4 Questions

Log in, go to Account Settings and find the Responsible Gaming section. Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure (30+ days) that requires manual reactivation by support after the period ends.
